It was delivered on time, without any issues, it’s easy to use, & matches all of my other kitchen utensils perfectly.the only issue we have ever had is the popcorn popping isn’t always correct.

Purchased unit in July 2023. 10 months in the unit began only heating to lukewarm. Took the unit back to BestBuy who then told us that LG handles replacements/returns directly. So, we took the unit back home to contact LG. Contacted LG, a bit of a hassle, but they replaced the unit. New unit arrived in a different finish but that's not a big deal to us. However, the new unit will not sit flush on the counter and rocks, a problem we did not have with the original unit which was on the same spot. The feet are not adjustable so we contacted LG again to let them know that the unit is defective. They, apparently, do not consider the unit rocking on the counter to be a defect and refuse to fix, replace, or refund. We have finally added a little felt pad to one of the feet to keep it from rocking, something we do not think should be necessary on a brand new appliance. The three stars are because for the first 10 months we loved the microwave but the process for the warranty replacement, compounded with the replacement having a balance defect sours us on both the appliance and the BestBuy/LG customer service process.

Great microwave. It was a perfect replacement for our previous one. Love the little music it plays when time is up

A nice microwave with lots of space. It's a fingerprint magnet like no other steel appliance I've ever used. Controls are easy to use and the comes are pleasant to hear. It plays a tune when finished instead of beeping obnoxiously.

This thing is humongous. I can reheat two small plates at the same time. The sensor for popcorn works well as long as you break the popcorn kernels up in the bag before microwaving. That is the only sensor I have used so far.

Good microwave, does not make much noise in use, can use it for everything, good for the whole household.

So far, I'm really getting a kick out of this microwave with it's bigger size, and power. it's also the first microwave I've had that plays a tune when it's done.

My daughter searched online for me because I really like Black Stainless Steal appliances. Best Buy had a fantastic sale on this model so we proceeded to the store. Was greeted emediately at the door & directed to Appliances where we were also greeted emmediately the Appliance clerk completed the transaction applying this purchase to my Best Buy card then sent the microwave to the door for me where we later picked it up after shopping elsewhere in the store. Then proceeded to Cell phones where the clerk knew the various models very well & was able to order an out of stock cell phone protector screen, which arrived to my home in about 2 days. Product review is normally top notch for LG but the buttons are flat in a hard surface & not easy to punch in the numbers. I also prefer a handle on the door to open my microwave & this model has a button to push. It is super large inside & Very beautiful on the outside. Best of all cooks thoroughly & fast.

LG Microwave Ovens have always been in staple in my household and my NeoChef 2.0 has been a perfect addition to my kitchen appliances.

It's very easy to use, the instructions explain everything clearly. Have had no problems whatsoever with any cooking. Would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a microwave. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

it is working good, I bought it a week ago. Looks this microwave is good and stylish

Good product but only last a year and a half. At that point over a year and a half, the inside light has stopped working, and the door open button does not function properly and will come out of its position and spring will fall out. Microwave still works properly but for the hassle of all the other stuff and the money paid, I Do not recommend to buy!

I use this at home 24/7 I purchased it awhile back. It’s still functioning properly and I love how it looks in my kitchen. Worth the money!

I give it 4 stars, this is the second one we bought. The first lasted under 2 years. The door button broke and the estimate to fix was more than a new microwave. Cooks great, poor design on the door button.

I bought this LG microwave because I have other LG appliances and this was in stock. They even matched the price of somewhere else that had it for less. It works well and was exactly what I was looking for. I bought this as a replacement for another microwave.

Great value, perfect size. all we had hoped for in a replacement microwave. Note: it's actually easier to use if you use traditional settings rather than user manual settings. Works great as a replacement for an above range model.

Love it. Minimum sound while working and a beautiful soft ring bell will tell you and remind you that food is ready.
