Ive seen a lot of people complain about the little jingle it makes when the food is done but i think its so cute LOL cooks food really well! And love that it feels like a touch screen instead of actually pushing a button. Love this and this thing is pretty big which is great!

Big microwave I like it and seems to work good so far. It doesn’t have the option to push a number like 1 and it cooks a minute you have to type in any time manually it doesn’t have a lot of features just basic microwave but big and more wattage

Have had the joy of owning this microwave for a week now and very glad to have purchased it. It heats food very quickly and the capacity is extremely large. It also is incredibly perky, playing songs and beeps to say hello when I open the door and when time is complete. Been a good purchase so far.

Very helpful sales associate. This microwave does more then I could ask for. I like the touch screen instead of button feature. I haven’t heated anything that did not get fully warmed throughout. Everyone you close and open the door it feels so sturdy. And it also is not too loud while heating.

The interior is a nice gray color and the lighting is really nice. Plenty of power, in fact if you are upgrading from something a bit smaller, you may find yourself needing to use a bit less time or cut the power back just a little. Over all, I am quite satisfied with this microwave.

It's very easy to use, the instructions explain everything clearly. Have had no problems whatsoever with any cooking. Would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a microwave. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This is a replacement for an identical LG microwave. The last one endured 2 years before the magnetron ("heart" of the microwave) apparently bit the bullet. There was a really weird positive to the situation, though. When I buy "stuff", I NEVER buy extended warranties, but I did when I bought this. I was all set to chunk the old one in the dump. Howsomeever, when I grabbed the owner's manual, the original receipt fell out - along with an extended warranty pamphlet. Since it was already in my hand, I went ahead and scanned the receipt. Lo and behold, to my complete and total amazement, I discovered I had actually purchased a 2-year extended warranty. The folks at BestBuy were super - they had the replacement in stock and I was able to pick it up that same day, awesome experience!!!

I thought this was it. Finally a good microwave until it stopped heating and you could hear arcing inside. Contacted LG and what a joke of a warranty program. They offered a reimbursement as long as I purchased another LG unit. I am FORCED to purchase the same model because that's the only thing that will fit in the same size hole I have. Not only that LG is not taking responsibility for disposing of THEIR product, but force you to do in order to get reimbursement. Let's see how well the replacement unit will work after a few months. When it works, it's great and I loved it. This is not making america great again! LG is not on our side.

The micriwave oven was just what we needed. It fit perfectly with our kitchen appliances and we are very pleased with its performance

We love the microwave. It cooks items so fast. Also the interior is huge for large items. Would and have recommended it to others.

Perfect size for our family needs. Only complaint is the finger print magnet that is stainless steel

Powerful, but not perfect. It's big for a microwave, but for the power that's expected. I love it, the only drawback for me is I wish the buttons were a bit more sensitive to touch. It often takes some work to get the "push" just right when entering cooking times.

This is a very large microwave so make sure that you have plenty of room on the countertop for it. It is very powerful and easy to use and was only $10 more on sale than the smaller version so I went with it. It's a little big for my space but I like all of the extra features you get with it.

Simplified programming makes it easy to use. Installation of trim pretty straightforward. So far so good after 2 months.

I'm happy with the microwave, it's big and looks good and works well. Four stars because it rattles a bit (at least mine does) and it plays a somewhat annoying little ditty when it finishes, and (worse) it keeps repeating it if you leave the finished food in there.

Number buttons are a little difficult to activate compared to our prior LG microwave. A little less intuitive than other microwaves as well, but still seems to function properly. Improvement in the indicator chime.

We were looking for a counter microwave to avoid replacing our built-in microwave/oven combo, because the oven still works well. This counter microwave is simple to use, cooks evenly and has an easy selection of re-heat & cooking settings. It was a great buy for the money.

Overall the best microwave I have ever used or seen in person (mind you I don’t go microwave shopping). Functions as should and really evenly heats food.
