Good product but only last a year and a half. At that point over a year and a half, the inside light has stopped working, and the door open button does not function properly and will come out of its position and spring will fall out. Microwave still works properly but for the hassle of all the other stuff and the money paid, I Do not recommend to buy!

I love the size and the color of my microwave. Very useful.

Purchased unit in July 2023. 10 months in the unit began only heating to lukewarm. Took the unit back to BestBuy who then told us that LG handles replacements/returns directly. So, we took the unit back home to contact LG. Contacted LG, a bit of a hassle, but they replaced the unit. New unit arrived in a different finish but that's not a big deal to us. However, the new unit will not sit flush on the counter and rocks, a problem we did not have with the original unit which was on the same spot. The feet are not adjustable so we contacted LG again to let them know that the unit is defective. They, apparently, do not consider the unit rocking on the counter to be a defect and refuse to fix, replace, or refund. We have finally added a little felt pad to one of the feet to keep it from rocking, something we do not think should be necessary on a brand new appliance. The three stars are because for the first 10 months we loved the microwave but the process for the warranty replacement, compounded with the replacement having a balance defect sours us on both the appliance and the BestBuy/LG customer service process.

The microwave has performed in an excellent fashion. Easy to use and clean. The instructions are clear and easy to follow. Not a lot of extra buttons that just confuse and make getting to a setting more difficuilt.

This microwave works great. The little tune it plays when done is a nice surprise. A lot nicer than the load beeping noise our old one made. It’s more box shape.

Our microwave of 3 years went out (door) so we decided on this model. We love lg products. So far we are very happy. It is pretty quiet and when the timer is done, it has a cool sounding alarm. Can't say enough good things about the microwave. It's an lg, so you know its good.

It’s great bigger than my last one. It makes the kitchen feel brighter my last one was black. I have never been disappointed with your stores.

Bought this to replace the same exact unit that we bought just 10 months ago. The light bulb went out in that, and since it was still under warranty, LG opted to replace our unit (we had to buy, send receipt, and now we are awaiting a refund) rather than replace the light bulb. Overall this microwave is fine, but not nearly as good as the LG microwave I bought four years ago which had MUCH better pre-set options (melt or soften butter were my favorites). We replaced that one because the megatron inverter died after four years. We are basically tied to LG now because we have this unit built in with the LG frame and no other brand will fit properly. This is my 3rd LG microwave in five years - we'll see how long this one lasts.

We really like the looks of the microwave! It is just the right size for our use. We ordered black stainless steel and it doesn’t show the finger prints like others.I ordered it and we received it within a week, delivered to our house.

We’re pretty simple when it comes to microwave ovens, we just want a nice one that does the basic functions and looks good and has a few extras at a decent cost. This one fits the bill! It’s a little larger than we were expecting, but have no complaints whatsoever.

PROs. It looks great, it is very spacious and very powerful. CONs. Not very durable. When we had to replace it. Best buy was better than LG themselves.

We've had this microwave for a few months now and we really like it. Our old one died and we had to hurry and purchase. We looked at the reviews and decided on this one. We really like that the inside is not white so it doesn't show as much grunk!! The chime when your time is over is very pleasing and not annoying, although if you don't take your food out, it will start chiming for a few seconds and repeat until you remove your food, this can be annoying! The door opens super easy. I'm not fond of the defrosting feature and the manual wasn't much help, and it is about double the time that my previous Panasonic did, and it still cooks the food on the edges and leaves the middle frozen, so haven't figured that out yet. All in all, very happy with it.

Great microwave - powerful, nice looking, probably more features than we'll ever use. It has the ability to measure the moisture in the oven to automatically adjust, and/or turn off when the food is ready. We're very happy with the purchase.

This microwave provides more for less, compared to its competitors. Very spacious, cooks and reheats the food evenly. Many of my home appliances are LG, a name you can trust for quality.

I didn’t think I would want or need this large of a microwave but it’s been great and useful.

My 20 year old GE Profile JE1860SB microwave stopped heating so had to buy new one. Needed one that fit into the kitchen cabinet and existing trim kit. This LG did the trick. It does stick out about half an inch from the trim kit but it is not that noticeable. The LG microwave reheats food evenly and has a very large interior. Disappointments are the lack of express time buttons (like one minute, two minute, etc.) and dark interior (interior is stainless grey instead of a bright white). The LED internal light is OK but not very bright. It is noisy when heating. I like the chimes when the time is up. Hoping this microwave will last as long as my original one!

Excellent! We installed the LG NeoChef 2.0 Microwave using the LG 30 inch Trim Kit. Perfect fit, beautiful appearance, excellent microwave oven. Best Buy had the best price and delivered quickly! We will buy from Best Buy again.

Great microwave for the price and looks great. The only complaint I have is the door open button feels very cheap and sloppy.
