This is a pretty good microwave. I am a cook challenged person so I have a lot of experience with microwave food. This LG does a great job of heating food evenly. Buyer beware, this is a HUGE microwave. The only negative is the buttons have to pressed a certain way in order to work.

Hands down this has been one of my FAVORITE microwaves! So easy to clean due to the finish of the "interior" surface, and the lack of square corners (where debris & splats normally collects). I've own this sleek LG-NeoChef microwave for a little over two yrs. It is still working with excellence. I'm going to purchase another one for my parents due to the ease of cleaning and the user friendly tech features. Since it has been tried & proven I can highly recommend the LG-NeoChef 2.0 cu. ft. microwave found at Best Buy stores.

I have only had the microwave for two days, but so far it has worked well and has been a nice upgrade from my 16yr old model. The only disappointment was that I ordered it online under the description that it was 1350 watts, but when I got home the manufactures description states that it’s 1200 watts. I see that there has been multiple reviews with the same complaint. I hope that Best Buy fixes the wrong information that they are advertising so others don’t have the same issue.

great microwave - HUGE, the size is amazing. the little music is hilarious and the dark interior makes it seems clean all the time lol bought it for my mom, then ended up buying one for myself

My Wife & I LOVE this Microwave , It is realatively Quiet , and WE both love the little TUNES it plays when it finished cooking , and also a reminder tune incase you forget to take out your meal . Definitely A++++ , Thank You , James Lawson

Very pleased with this LG microwave -- with easy controls, large capacity, excellent performance.

So far I'm really happy with this microwave. It has more features than the 3 year old Kenmore Elite that it's replacing and the dark stainless looks great. I would have given it 5 stars if it had a handle, but it works fine without one, just have to get used to it.

Didn't know there could be such a difference. My old microwave works just fine, But his one is distinctly better. I can auto defrost without cooking And cook on automatic without guessing how long it should take. Visually nice looking and fits my space perfectly. Surprisingly, delighted.

Great microwave for the price and looks great. The only complaint I have is the door open button feels very cheap and sloppy.

This is the second LG microwave, the first one lasted 10 years! This one is basically the same except they mover the buttons around on the keyboard. It is simple and works good, Just like the first one. I would buy another, in 10 years :)

easy to use, a nice size pan fits well inside with a glass dish under to go around so you dont have to move it yourself. But do buy the 3 year warrant Best Buy stands behand there warranties .

This LG microwave is perfect for our microwave cart, size-wise. It cooks evenly and it has sensor cooking for popcorn, which is a good ting to have. We had to replace our Sharp we had for 16 years and it is well worth it.

This microwave provides more for less, compared to its competitors. Very spacious, cooks and reheats the food evenly. Many of my home appliances are LG, a name you can trust for quality.

The microwave is easy to use and cooks well with directions for a 1200 watt microwave.

PROs. It looks great, it is very spacious and very powerful. CONs. Not very durable. When we had to replace it. Best buy was better than LG themselves.

I might cook from scratch. However, I usually buy my food that only needs to be heated and maybe cooked. As an oven, I would say no. For heating and maybe cooking, the microwave has enough room and does the job. I am happy enough with this one.
