The microwave has performed in an excellent fashion. Easy to use and clean. The instructions are clear and easy to follow. Not a lot of extra buttons that just confuse and make getting to a setting more difficuilt.

We love our new microwave. It's quiet and the alert is not loud and obnoxious.

10 years ago our microwave oven died while preparing the day before Christmas dinner. We went to BEST BUY and found the only microwave remaining on the shelves. We quickly purchased it before any one else could. It was great and worked worked hard through breakfast lunch and dinner for the last 10 years. It stopped working recently and I was determined to get another one just like it. The new microwave has many new improvements as well as increased power. It is better than the last one. I highly recommend it.

Bought this to replace the same exact unit that we bought just 10 months ago. The light bulb went out in that, and since it was still under warranty, LG opted to replace our unit (we had to buy, send receipt, and now we are awaiting a refund) rather than replace the light bulb. Overall this microwave is fine, but not nearly as good as the LG microwave I bought four years ago which had MUCH better pre-set options (melt or soften butter were my favorites). We replaced that one because the megatron inverter died after four years. We are basically tied to LG now because we have this unit built in with the LG frame and no other brand will fit properly. This is my 3rd LG microwave in five years - we'll see how long this one lasts.

Needed a quick replacement for a dead microwave. Lg and with enough power to really cook. The only draw back is that it sings a happy tune if you don't get your food out quick enough. I don't know about you but I find that annoying.......wish I could turn that feature off. I also wish it had a light up keyboard but for the price it was a good buy.

I bought this to upgrade size and looks. I'm extremely happy with how it cooks and reheats meals. The capacity is impressive with no worries on plate size. The inner coating appears that it'll make any clean up easy, but I haven't gotten to that point or need yet.

I purchased this Microwave to replace the one I had that stopped working. Everything about this Microwave is so much better. Controls are easy to use. The Sensor Cook Mode and Sensor Reheat Mode work great. It takes the guesswork out of how much time to enter. The turntable is really big and can hold any size baking dish. I just wish the electrical cord was longer. It just barely reached our outlet. Other than that, I would definitely recommend this model.

This microwave works beautifully. It heats up coffee in 30-45 seconds.

Love the ease of use, its easy to clean, sounds are low key and not obnoxious, and it displays the clock at all time. We'd previously had an LG microwave that the clock display went away after a short time and was reluctant to purchase another LG but we love this one better the last one!

Son took to college for his Dorm and it was perfect

It’s a little on the big size than my old one. This one heats up food fast n thoroughly and it’s very spacious inside. I have no complaints.

For us, this was just an upgrade to the newer model. Improvements include being able to actually see clearly through the front window. BTW, our old one lasted about 10 years, and we used it on a regular basis.

Excellent product works very well at home, it easy to use

The LG microwave is a pretty good microwave. It has a lot of nice features including sensor cooking. Heats things up nicely even in the middle...just need to be aware that the whole principle behind the sensor heating is that it is "reading" the amount of steam generated out of the dish. That means that you have to leave the dish uncovered to some degree to allow that steam to escape. The gray interior is easy to keep clean with soap and water. The interior light makes it easy to check on the cooking while it is occurring. As for the "chime" which the LG uses, yes it is unique in that it is a short few notes rather than the beep sound. It's just different, that's all. That sound is easier to notice when there is something else going on in the house.

We bought this microwave style and brand because we wore out the first one. As a wife and mother , I have zero complaints. I like the settings, size ,cost and how it works. It's never let out family down.

We really like the looks of the microwave! It is just the right size for our use. We ordered black stainless steel and it doesn’t show the finger prints like others.I ordered it and we received it within a week, delivered to our house.

This microwave was exactly what we needed. It is very quiet when it is running and the end sound is quite pleasant! The little things are the most appreciated
