I truly love it. I have a big family and it’s huge! It sings a song when it’s done. It’s touch and not buttons and I love that. It’s rounded on the back corners so it’s easy to wipe. And it cooks my food faster than other microwaves! Highly recommend this microwave.

I fit and cooked a whole mfing turkey in this. It's big, really big. Strong too. I could put a whole medium sized pizza in here too. Not with the turkey but on a separate occasion.

We love it. Also, we like the quiet bell when done. it is loud enough to be heard but not ear piercing like all the others we have had.

The interior is very large, good for getting things in and out easily. The musical end tone when the food is done cooking is not very loud. You have to be in the same room to hear it. I have to add 30 seconds to everything I cook to get it fully hot.

We purchased this a few weeks before we moved. While we used it, was a big fan. Customized alerts-able to turn them off and make some other changes. Easy to use, even heating. When the one we have now dies, I will certainly consider this one again.

Nice looking microwave that does everything you need. The black stainless looks really great in the kitchen as well.

The unit is a little bigger than expected but having the larger cooking area is nice. The sensor technology cooking is a great feature, seems to cook food more thoroughly. Easy to use controls. Great microwave at a great price.

Extremely easy to use. The cook buttons cook your food perfectly. Was worried about not using a splash cover, but there really is no mess once the food is done cooking. Definitely a Best Buy ;)

Nice and big. The musical chime (my son says it sounds like an "almost ice cream truck") makes me giggle. It doesn't seem as powerful as my last one, but it has plenty of power. I do love that I can put bigger pans in it.

It works just great! We bought it on sale which was even better. So far its been an excellent daily used microwave

This is the second one we have purchased. The first one lasted a long time and when it died, we chose to replace it with the same one as it worked so well and was so easy for everyone including the grandkids to use.

I purchased the 04/23/2021LG - NeoChef 2.0 Cu. Ft. Countertop Microwave with Smart Inverter and EasyClean - Black Stainless Steel on 04/23/2021. The door is sometimes hard to open. Other than that I like it.

Works great. Nice and big to be able to fit alot in it or large items. Love it.

While the size of this microwave was what sold us on the purchase the day-to-day use has been a little frustrating. The whole point of a microwave is speed. While the power and cooking abilities on this microwave are great, the buttons aren't as responsive as other microwaves we have had. And overall that makes the experience very slow. You have to put a great deal of force and be precise. The :30 second button which is our life blood takes a couple hits most times. Also the completion sound is very very fancy. And it is pleasant at first but starts to get a little much after a while. Wish I had just bought the smaller model.

This unit is top notch. Cooks evenly and efficiently. Buttons and controls are easy to use. The unit is a bit larger than I thought it would be, but pleased with purchase
