My family loves this microwave, they find it easy and accessible. Cleaning this microwave due to its size and large opening is so easy that even my 12 year old likes cleaning it.

Would like more button choices instead of trying to remember number settings. It is very powerful and attractive. Sometimes it’s hard to push the buttons that are there.

I have had this microwave for over 2 years, and it works PERFECTLY! One can not go wrong with this unit. It does take up a bit of space, but it heats perfectly! I have not had any issues with it at all.

Minor differences in operation and a learning curve for more high-end functions, but excellent replacement after 20 years! 2 cu. ft. a must for whole chicken, whole fish, vegetable medleys and lasagne-dish recipes! This MW does it all.

It is a great microwave. My only complaint is that it slides some when opening the door

Love this microwave and it’s capabilities! It runs quietly and has a subtle chime when your food is ready. The reheat options are great as well. No cold spots.... everything is heated to perfection.

Works great, and the musical chime doesn't bother us like it does some.

So far this is working fine. There are some basic - easy 1-click functions that are missing or not easily determined. Overall it is big and can do what we need it to do.

This model has reheat and power sensor technologies which make it a great deal . Price is also reasonable. Staff are very helpful of answering any questions you may have. I also enjoy the little musical ending when food is ready.

Aesthetically it is pleasant to look at, I like the clean button face and I love the inside for the clean sides. It is a fairly quiet machine also and the tones it makes are pleasing. I also love that it has Inverter technology.

It heats fast and very hot. I like the reminder jingle. Its a really good unit.

This microwave works as expected but is more complicated than I thought it would be. My old GE was so much easier to use. One reheat button, just put it in and press reheat. This one you have to look in the manual and figure out which level you need. It’s a little too high tech for my liking but am keeping it as this is the second one we got. Got the first one home and the glass plate was shattered, had to load it back into the car and return, not an easy task for old people.

This LG unit has a huge turntable, with a multi-sided turn roller that inhibits spills and imbalances of liquid containers. It does take up a bit of counter space but it performs well. Note...depending on your counter surface, the microwave can move its position if the controls panel is pushed with force. We put 4 non-skid corner pads under the feet and..problem solved. After purchasing a Panasonic unit of similar capacity at Costco, the LG outperforms it, clearly. The musical chime for "done" is pleasing and not as grating as the incessant beeps from most other microwaves. It is a good unit.
