We didn't feel like the first one lasted as long as it should have....a few years and the opening button went bad. The cost to replace the panel was more than half of a new microwave. Otherwise we have been satisfied with the performance of this model.

Good size allows me to put the bigger bowls and dishes in there. Touch screen takes some getting use to when typing in the cook times but ok after getting used to it.

Microwave heats evenly, tons of options for heating/defrosting. We haven’t tried the smart connect technology as of yet, but LOVE this microwave!

Big enough for almost anything you would want to heat up. The door closes a little loud but not a deal breaker. Would recommend if you have the countertop space!

The buttons are a little slow to respond, but you get used to it. Sounds are a little too "musical" for me, but just my opinion.

The popcorn, defrost modes work great. I love the quiet alarm when your heating time is up. I've noticed steam often when reheating, something I didn't notice on my earlier microwaves but the food is fine, not dried out. I would recommend this microwave.

Very large capacity for your cooking needs. Unfortunately the trim kit they sell specifically for this unit is extremely difficult to install.
