good overall phone,LG has finally come up with a phone that can compete and beat iPhone..!

Had to upgrade after last phone had water damage. Very reluctant, but it'sa great phone.

I sent in my LG Optimus (Return Authorization # A0134G30353) because it could not recieve a cell signal on 4/21/13. They recieved it 4/27/13. Then shipped the wrong phone to me on 4/30/13 and apparently my phone to someone else. I have spoken to multiple service representatives. LG claims to have "expedited the issue", but no one returns a call to me. Rather than send a new phone, they want to track down my phone, then hope that both the other unknown party and myself will return the phones, so that they can then ship the right phones back. Its 5/18/13 and no one from LG has ever called me to let me know where they are in the process. I will never buy another LG product.

I kept a case on my phone, a scratch protection screen, and was always careful with it. I was rewarded by my phone bending in my pocket while running to catch a bus. The phone bent an angle of about 5 degrees this was enough to shatter my screen. When I called LG for support, I was fed lines off a piece of paper and it took me 3 representatives before anyone even listened to my problem. DO NOT BUY! Never buy anything LG, this phone felt like a scam and is the last thing anyone wants to be contracted to.
