    The LG headphone arrived in excellent condition in minimal time. I was able to quickly sync to my cellphone. The sound quality is excellent.

    I bought these from Best Buy and priced at $50(refurbished @ $150) I was excited to receive them. Harmon Kardon drivers was the selling point for me. First time I listened to them I was disappointed! The settings on my cell were still set the same from another $35 headphone set I owned from S*msaung. This set is not as good. The sound was completely distorted. It starts about 75% of the volume. I am not buying from LG again. Be warned!

    I saw this product on Best Buy refurbished product so I bought it. I started using this this before 10 days and was having some issues with voice drop problem. I thought it might be a network issues. But when I stop using this Bluetooth and call from phone then it's not a network issues then too tried observing same thing for 10 days and now I am writing this review. Don't get attracted with refurbished one. It's still not refurbished I guess it's damaged product. Hope to get Justis from Best Buy for my unstaifaction of quality issues.

    This headset worked great for about a month and then one of the earbuds went out. No Geek Sqaud plan and the store wouldn't take back.
