    Being a big fan of the LG Tone brand I instantly jumped on the upgraded version of the HBS 900. Sadly, in my opinion these are not for the music lover. Music bass, highs and lows are meh at best very flat and uninspiring. However, classical, spoken voice and podcasts are just amazing with clear sounds! Also noted, these were refurbished by geek squad and the left side stopped shortly after buying them.

    Item looks like new but there wa no medium eargel included. If the large and small eagel works for you, this is for you. Or you can use your old medium eargel if you have any.

    I purchased these refurbished head set and one the ear buds didn't work. I had to return them, this was a true let down. Best Buy you need to do a better job with testing your refurbished items before trying to re sale them.

    I'd like to say these are high quality at an affordable price yet that isn't the case. The price was attractive but the headphones are cheaply constructed and one of the earbuds was shorted out. I returned them.

    Not even worth one star. Upon arrival it did not work. I ended up exchanging it for a new pair. Save the time purchase it new. I will not be purchasing refurbished anymore.

    the unit work fine for the first 3 months and the mics stop working right after the 90 day warranty period
