Better than built in TV speakers, but not by a significant margin. Much better for low volume background music. If you want the display off so as not to be a distraction you must manually turn it off every time you turn on sound bar. If Auto Power function is activated it will turn off sound bar every time you pause programing form more than 15 seconds or switch between inputs or live TV & DVR content. Obtaining help from customer service is impossible. The first question they ask is who your service provider is then they transfer you to their customer service number. I was never able to actually obtain any help from their customer service team.

Pro: Great sound for a small package. Awesome upgrade from built in speakers. Wireless subwoofer lets me keep wires out of sight. Con: Bright led is annoying in dark room

Got this to go with a Sony 48" TV. Easy set up and has excellent sound. Love that it is bluetooth compatible. Has great sound from both TV, IPOD, and music from I Phone.

There are an assortment of sound bars on the market ....and all good systems...... But what I ealy go for are the prices and assistance given to customer .... That is why I go to Best Buy..., it is always a pleasure to shop there

Great purchase and sound exceeds my expectations. Easy to set up and sync sound. Very pleased with options to use computer, phone, USB.. Would recommend for any household.

Settings need some massaging to get good sound, but once you get it there it performs well. Had to move the sub closer than 15 feet because the wireless signal would cut out. Very good system once everything was set up correctly!

As long as you are not expecting a full 5.1 quality experience, this bar and woofer is excellent! Nice how it can be paired to your phone from standby mode. Also nice how it comes on automatically when connected to an LG TV.

I was looking for a nice sounding system to use in my "Listening Room" of vintage Stereo systems. I added a LED TV and decided I need more sound than being offered from the TV speakers. I have many high end stereo speakers already in the room and I was looking for a compact system. This little unit packs some punch and the added subwoofer put it over the top on movies streamed on Netflix. Got it on sale to make it an even sweeter deal.

For the price this model rivals big names. I love the choice to mount or not and it truly differentiates between music, movies, and sports. We actually have to turn it down at nights so as not to bother the neighbors!

Soundbar is great especially for the sale price of under $200. it sounds very good. It doesn't have to be turned up past 20/100 to be very loud and syncs easily with my lg tv. I like that it turns on and off with my tv.

Purchased this to improve the audio while watching TV in bed. It was extremely easy to set up and is a huge upgrade over the TV speakers. It's not the best loudest or highest quality but for the price, it sounds really good.

We purchased this item because our Tv could not put out enough sound for our great room. After hooking up this item the sound carried great and sounded wonderful.

It had the best sound out of all of the ones in the store. Easy to mount and connect cabling. Set-up was easy. Subwoofer provides good base. Very happy with the purchase (great value). And it looks good on the wall.

Bought this sound bar for the game room - wasn't looking for anything high end or pricey. Definitely worth the money. Does have the strange habit of turning itself on at 4:30 every morning when the cable box refreshes.

Remodeling the den required that we get rid of our seven wired speakers and go to wireless speakers or sound bar. We chose the sound bar with wireless woofer and are completely satisfied with the sound it produces.

The sound from the soundbar is great, and the subwoofer speaker is really powerful -- exactly what I was looking for. The soundbar is pretty big, so just be aware of that when you plan where to put it.

LG soundbar was very easy to connect. I used the brackets and some small steel pieces to mount it under my tv by attaching it to the TV wall mount. The sound is much better than similar soundbars from Samsung. I have a Samsung TV and it synced fine with the tv. The only negative I can give is the LED readout that says Optical whenever it's on with the TV. It should display the time or go off after awhile.
