The convertible drawer is a great feature and provides a lot of room. The dual ice makers in the door and freezer make a lot of ice. The app is outstanding and provides a lot of information and alerts you to any problems.

The only down side was it took 5 deliveries to get it right. The first four delivered were damaged. But in the long run and you have the patients it’s all worth it. The service was great and the Best Buy personnel was great to work with, They were as disappointed as we were but in the end. It was all worth it. Thanks Best Buy.

However, when talking through the options with a Best Buy rep, this fridge offered a great warranty compared to other options. This fridge offers LOTS of space along with a flex drawer (it can be a fridge OR freezer). It also comes with storage for ice if you are hosting a party. So far so good!

The center drawer is perfect for drinks and snacks. It water /ice dispenser really pumps out the water very fast compared with previous models I have owned. I am really enjoying this fridge.

So Much Room!

I love the drawer that can be converted from wine temp, to lunchmeats, or to extra freezer space. I like having the water and ice dispenser on the outside, plus there is an extra ice maker in the freezer. Coming from a side-by-side refrigerator, this has all the space I need especially in the freezer section.

I originally received the wrong fridge and the cost was drastically different. But I am soo happy I exchanged for the correct one and paid the difference it was well worth it. Although I think it should have been waived because it was an error on the store.
