I purchased this fridge open box at a Best Buy outlet. It was in great condition and was delivered as such. Now, this thing is a very generous size…the install team had to take off the fridges doors and even my house door to fit it through! It provides a few options on how you want to arrange the main cabinet’s shelves, so you can somewhat customize it to your needs. It boasts 2 ice makers, one in the fridge compartment’s door (the dispenser) that offers cubed and crushed and one in the freezer that give you cubed ice on a tray which comes in handy for parties or icing that large tea pitcher! And I haven’t even brought up my favorite feature: the Convertible Drawer! I rotate between the cold drinks and meats setting depending on my needs but it also features wine, deli items, and frozen settings.

My family loves our new refrigerator. It provideis much more need space. The bottom freezer is also convenient and large with a second ice maker. The fully convertible drawer is amazing. I no longer have to get snack ls for the young ones in our family because the convertible drawer is located at their height. I love this purchase!

The refrigerator is very nice. Overall it has some great features but there are a few minor draw backs. The capacity is adequate for our needs and the only issue I see is the shelves. There are not enough adjustments spaces and it is a little limited as to what can be stored on each shelf even when moving them up or down. It is nice that they are half width shelves so one side can be in a different configuration to make the space needed for your goods. The in door ice maker is a bit small and the ice it makes are very tiny compared to some others. It doesn't hold a lot of ice in the door (not an issue for us) and I'm not sure how good the ice maker in the freezer is as we are choosing not to use it. It is good that they have independent on off switches. It has an onboard water filter which may help some people. We have a full water filter system for the house so we chose to leave the filter out. It has a good bypass built in so you just take the filter out and it seals and lets the water run to the door dispenser and ice makers without trouble. The converting drawer is nice and is very convenient for snacks, cheese, cold cuts and other similar items. It has several temperatures you can set it at using preset choices and you can also make it part of the freezer at the push of a button.

Love this fridge. The outside water filter is big to handle larger cups. The middle drawer option to use as either a second fridge or freezer is great. Dual ice makers allow for cup drinks and also for making pitchers of beverages. Only downside is that the middle drawer does not have ann anutoclose so sometimes the kids will not close it alol the way. Overall, great refrigerator.

It's beautiful and we love it. It has a middle draw that you can keep drinks, wine or use it as a additional freezer compartment. It can be temperture controlled on the panel. It has an ice plus feature that can be turned on if you are having guests and need additional ice, it fills a container in the freezer with ice cubes. Plenty of space for all of our refrigeration needs.

Huge Fridge! It's great. Plenty of room for everything. Nice and bright inside. Love the middle multipurpose drawer. Extra ice maker in the freezer is so nice to have. Delivery and set up were great! Have had it now for a month with no issues.

Looks and performs great. Love the 3rd drawer that can be used as a freezer, or refridgerator compartment. Wi Fi is also a plus.

Great appliance. Fair interior capacity Self closure prevents leaving door open. Middle drawer can be used as freezer or fridge. Great option to maintain veggies or cold cuts in order.

This refrigerator is 30” wide and has lots of features and a drawer that can be converted to refrigerator or freezer with the press of a button. The water dispenser and ice cube maker are convenient.

This is the perfect fridge for our family! & Everyone was so helpful when purchasing! The No slam doors was a seller for me! But the middle draw with temp control is also a great addition! We are so happy with our purchase!

As we have only started to use this 4 door LG Refrigerator for about 1 1/2 months I would rate a 4+. Love the convertible drawer. Now using as a standard refrigerator drawer for items used often ie. cheese, sliced meats etc. Both refrigerator and freezer have plenty of space. This model has dual ice makers that produce A LOT of ice! MORE ice than any previous French Door Refrigerator/Freezer dual ice makers I have ever owned!! As for the shelves, I am not happy with the shelves arrangement. I don’t think it has enough shelf positions. My Wife Likes it! (Her Kitchen!) In Reviews the main complaint is the Compressor goes out too early! LG has increased the warranty. LG has taken out some cosmetic features that increased the look! So far, Overall we like the frige.

Love it! Moving on from a 25 year old side by side this refrigerator is amazing. Love all the space and the 2 ice makers. The convertible center drawer is the best part!

Very good use of space in the both the refrigerator and freezer sections. Two features the I really like are the soft close doors, and the full convert drawer. The soft close feature on the double doors works great. It prevents the doors from slamming closed and rattling the items stored in the door shelves. The doors always close softly. The full convert drawer has 5 settings, depending on your usage. 4 settings are for using the drawer as refrigerator space, which is how I currently use it, but it also can be set as additional freezer space if that is needed. The outside finish truly seems to resist finger prints, and does a good job of that. It can be connected to the LG app, and if so, some features become available with Amazon Alexa or other assistant devices.

Great refrigerator so far. Purchased in December 2023 we have had the item for almost 4 months. Operates great. love the ice in the door and the freezer. One item to note, I wish the selves had more adjustments. I have a difficult time storing tall items like milk, Gatorade, and coffee creamer. Beer bottles also don't fit unless you adjust the one self higher. The middle drawer is great and able to freeze or chill.

The middle drawer is the best! It keeps my cold cuts, cheeses, and butter organized. (It can be converted to a freezer if you choose.) The slim ice maker doesn't occupy all the space in the refrigerator. It is slightly larger than my previous refrigerator, but it seems so much roomier.

I reluctantly replaced my 18 year old first-gen French door Maytag fridge with this model and I'm a bit sad about it. I do love the no-fingerprint finish on this model, and I'm getting used to the bonus flex/deli drawer, but I have a few gripes about this one. First - the selection button for the in door water/ice dispenser was designed by a moron. There are 3 icons, each with a little green light. Why on earth would you design it so you only press the middle icon to choose whether you want water, ice cubes, or crushed ice? Basic intuition tells you to press the individual icon for the desired item, but no, you have to stupidly toggle through all 3 using the center icon/button to change if you want water/cubes/crushed ice. And the toggle of the selection is S-L-O-W. This is a DUMB design. Clearly whomever designed the in door water/ice dispenser has never had to fill a family's worth of water bottles to get out the door for sports practice, or even fill four glasses of ice water to set the table for dinner without taking a ridiculous amount of time. This isn't rocket science. Also, the water dispensed from the door IS NOT COLD OR EVEN CHILLED. Another dumb feature. One would expect it to be cold coming out of a refrigerator. Very disappointing. I would return it for these nuisances if I wasn't worried about my front door jamb paint getting scratched again from having it moved to do an exchange. The freezer compartment is ok but the lack of handle for the front edge of the top slide out freezer bin is another example of poor design. You just have to grab the thin plastic front edge and pull. It's a matter of time until this piece cracks or breaks without having a proper handle or pull. One more thought - I love the idea of having more fridge space overall; however, the back of the shelves in this fridge is where leftovers go to die. There is little shelf adjustability for reaching to the very back to pull things forward. My old Maytag had a genius crank to lower/lift fully loaded shelves to accommodate tall items or reach items in the back. I wish appliance makers would utilize this feature instead of the lousy 2 or 3 shelf position option which require unloading the shelf to adjust. And lastly, LG needs to decide one or the other on the ice maker. I'd rather have decent ice capacity in the door with the automatic dispenser than have to bend over and pull out the flimsy drawer and scoop ice to fill bottles. It's a waste of freezer drawer space. Just take a little more room up top and make it work quickly and with an intuitive selection switch. If you're not the type to be annoyed at little things like these, then this fridge will probably work just fine for you. It looks great in the kitchen. For the price though, I wish it were better designed.

Its very spacious and closes softly which is very nice. I love the extra flexible drawer that can be used either as a freezer or beverage cooler etc. The only issue we have is the ice dispenser on the door has to be pushed hard. Its just not as easy as my last one. But it may be that we just need to get used to it for a longer period of time.

This is a really good fridge. Good points; Lots of storage, middle drawer is awesome, variable temp allows for different storage, 2 ice machines!! Ice is very fast. and its a very quiet fridge. App works great! Cons; Not enough adjustments for shelves in fridge, outside pull out drawers are not the smoothest.
