    Complete Garbage! We only had the fridge one week before a dent showed up. Since then we have had another panel with a dent as well. The door gasket ripped within six months. Now we noticed floating particles in the freezer ice make which LG states that is not a factory defect! So LG designs a fridge to deposit plastic in your Ice? Would never buy another LG product!

    Water dispenser completely stopped working in less than 4 months after purchase. Ice maker has a mind of its own. It makes ice sometimes and sometimes it doesn’t.

    Clunky ice machine gets jammed. Water spout and ice dispenser different places and not viable when using so you get on floor frequently. Drawers in fridge too tall with center drawer so shelf’s are short and not easy to put milk jugs etc in. Returned and got one model higher for more money and it was well spent. Nicer one fixes all the bad issues

    I did not receive the unit within the timeframe stipulated at the time of purchase. I also did not receive email notification regarding the delay after the initial receipt date for the unit.

    LG refrigerator came with an in-freezer ice maker that did not work from day 1. We tried to get it fixed and the service has been slow and confusing. So far, we are now waiting for confirmation that the LG service team will schedule the repair and bring a NEW in-freezer ice maker with them. Disappointed so far.

    Best Buy Does Not Honor Price Match

    Best Buy does not honor their price match. The day after I purchased this refrigerator Best Buy dropped the price by ~$400. I called and they said they would gladly match the price and I would get the refund in 7 to 10 days. After 10 days I called back and they said they wouldn't price match because they discounted the delivery by $70 - completely absurd. I would have returned the fridge and gotten another at the lower price, but they didn't tell me it was newly rejected until after I couldn't return it.

    Ice maker clumps and left door doesnt close

    I’ve had the refrigerator for less than 5 months and need it serviced now twice. The ice clumps up and the left door doesn’t close on it’s own. Very disappointing
