Delivery

After the delivery company came, were verbally aggressive to my 75-year old mother in law who was there to take delivery, they determined that it would take too much time to take apart my haul away fridge so they wanted to reschedule my appointment. They left without telling her what’s going on. They walked out of the door and drove away. The dispatch company called me and told me that it would take too long to take apart the fridge that i currently have, someone from Best Buy customer service will call me, and hung up on me. This is terrible customer service so far and although they are a third part delivery company, they are using the Best Buy name and giving them a bad customer service reputation.

I wanted to love this fridge

But one thing we could not get past was the awful taste of the ice from the door. Following all directions, we threw out so much ice. It never got better, but thankfully Best Buy had our back. If LG could change out the ice maker/bin, I’d go back to this fridge. But until then, it was a complete deal-breaker.

Not a good look

Another LG with early failure compressor

Didn’t realize there was already a problem with LG and Samsung refrigerators. Buy a traditional one without the fancy features.

Promises of having supervisor/management to call me. Not once. Stupid text thread that can’t accomplish anything.

BEST LG Fridge!

DO NOT BUY LG. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER

LG attempted to fix it seven times over 3 months before finally deciding it was unfixable. They were finally supposed to issue a replacement, then a credit. I've been waiting for a month and still nothing. They are "looking into it", and keeping bouncing me around to different departments. WORST PRODUCT AND CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. DO NOT BUY THIS BRAND. BEST BUY SHOULD NOT BE SELLING IT.

Poor service
