    My husband and I have ordered a few kitchen appliances through Best Buy in the past year and every single time, they mess up the order. Today, we were scheduled to have this LG Refrigerator delivered and yet again, they were not prepared with a dolly or anything else to navigate our driveway. Each time we've made a purchase we notify the agent several times and it does not matter--they're always unprepared and delivery gets delayed. Today, we refunded the order and when I do my kitchen remodel later this year, I will be getting all my materials and appliances from Best Buy's competitors. This is the most incompetent company I have ever encountered and completely unreliable. Don't waste your time or money here.
