    I am very happy with my player TOTALLY DISGUSTED with the salesman and your store manager. The young man assured me everything I needed was there, no it wasn’t! He spent the time from getting to the cash register on his phone and I could never talk to a manager in spite of sharing my experience and being assured I would get a call back. I will NOT SHOP WITH YOU AGSIN!
