I paid full price but was clearly sent a used open box item with tape all over it that said it was checked by best buy. It wasnt. So i paid an extra $13 for a used item. Batteries already in remote which were dead, missing directions, no hdmi cable. I couldnt exchange it because it was sold out online. And not in any store within 250 miles. I called my local store and basically i could return it but wouldnt get a replacement anytime soon. Or the sale price When it restocked and I needed the player that weekend. Normally i really like lg dvd players, I have 4 but this was my first blue ray combo. It's expensive, bit slow and the remote is cheap. The regular dvd players from the same company that the sell for $25 are better quality. Very disapointing online and product experience.
