DVD player for fireplace video

We used that to buy this DVD player. We are using it to play a fireplace DVD on the old set that I put in front of our real fireplace (capped off and non-operational).

The only thing I wish it had was when you pause a movie, you don’t see the time or remaining time left. Also, not sure if this was a one time fluke or not, but I stopped a movie and when I restarted, it went back to the beginning instead of picking up where it was. But great for the price!!

Great Basic Unit

Already have enough streaming devices that it was not needed on the DVD player also. This works great, with simple setup. I like that there is no display as I work nights and it is one less thing I have to cover up or tune out.
