Solid, easy and simplistic enough to use with any smart tv. Blu-Ray DVDs are crystal clear, even the standard dvd format is crystal clear. You won’t be disappointed with this LG model. The price is affordable and easy to troubleshoot. I’ll be purchasing more in the near future.

Great DVD/BluRay Player....We stream everything and sometimes the internet goes down so we needed it for back up. It works so well for a good price that this was actually the second one we have bought and it was for our lake place (no internet) plenty of old DVD/BluRay movies to watch.

Great product! In addition to my Blu-ray’s , it plays my old DVDs and the quality is very clear. Would recommend for the price!

I love the Blu-ray Player. Installation, and operating the player is pretty easy. What I appreciate most is the quality of the sound and picture on the television.

So far, we've had no issues. It has played regular DVD's, Blue-ray's, and also burned DVD's from many years ago without any problems. It's compact, looks good, was a good price, and the remote is cute. I highly recommend this player!

These work great and we had one but lost the remote. When we needed one in our Florida home we bought the same model so we can use the remote on both machines. We wish the machine would allow for manual operation if the remote is not present. Low cost and works great. Just have to hang onto the remote.

I got this player because I only play some of my early non bluray dvds and I also rent bluray dvds from Redbox. I dont stream or do anything else with it. Picture is very good and it is simple to operate. It would be hard to find something else for the money that beats this.

I bought this for work because I had to show a DVD to some employees. I wanted a very simple, no frills DVD player. This one is perfect. I haven’t had it long, and haven’t used it much, but no problems so far. This appears to be a very good value for the money. The buttons on the remote control could be a little bigger.

This is an adequate low-end player. It is small, lightweight and fits easily into just about any space. Setup was simple and fast. Picture and sound quality are decent for a low-end player. Front panel functions are minimal and a bit hard to read. Remote is decent and easy to use. However, I must point out that the Best Buy specifications for the player are inaccurate - it DOES NOT have Wi-Fi capabilities (this was not a problem for me, but other folks should be forewarned!). So, for the price, this is a good entry level player or as a secondary one for a workout room (which is what I use it for).

I bought this Blu-ray player for my parents who are new to Blu-ray after buying a new HDTV. I was disappointed that it didn't include an HDMI cable with it, which prompted a run to a nearby Walmart to find one. I'm a big fan of LG, though, and this Blu-ray player was easy to setup and easy to teach my parents to use. It has a good picture and does the job you need it to do.

A Blu-ray player at this price is hard to pass up. Works great, no problems yet. BD players might disappear before we know and be replaced with 4k players so if Blu-ray is something that is important to you then it might be wise to get one of these even if you don't plan on using it right away.

This is the second DVD player I have purchased. Both the first and second one were identical. I have found this relatively easy to operate. However, the reason I had to replace my first one was because the DVD opener became stuck in the out position. Thank heaven it was not stuck when the DVD was inserted to play!

I need a DVD player for my Samsun QLED tv i just bought and for the pirce and quality and size i am very happy with this product. Works Great and is exactly what i needed. Some times the family wants to watch an old DVD or BluRay and this is easy to move around and use.

Unit functions as expected after few weeks into use. I did not need wi-fi and preferred the hard line connections. Small footprint, easy to unpack & setup. You will need to buy an HDMI cable as it does not come with one; tho no cable is better than a cheap, short one.

works like a blu ray player should. remote buttons are pretty well laid out. size is small so fits anywhere easily. the only issue is that the power light is dim so it’s hard to tell if it’s left powered on when the room is bright.

Simple to use. Quality picture! Great deal for the price.

I hadn't purchased a DVD player since 2015. this DVD player had easy set up instructions and works well!
