After installing YouTube, neither one of them worked reliably. Netflix selections lurched along; Pandora would halt after playing 30-60 seconds of any track & start a new track. In the worst case the player would freeze - not responding to remote commands or to the disc tray open/close & power buttons on the case front. The only recourse was to pull the plug. The problems persisted when connected directly to my cable modem and when connected to another port that reported ~200Mb/s download rate. After seeing identical problems with the second unit, I returned it & bought a Sony BDP-S1700. It offers a much richer set of applications and has worked perfectly.
