We bought one based on the great reviews, but we had nothing but issues with it! We had issues with the power button not working, we had issues getting a disc out of the tray, we had issues streaming. It was a mess. We returned it to the store and asked for a recommendation. We were told that this machine is really popular, so we tried ordering another one thinking that maybe we just received a dud. The second one arrived and worked okay- better than the first, but we were still having major issues streaming Netflix/Prime. Unfortunately, it's past the 15 day return window so we're stuck with it. We decided to just buy a different player from a different brand, but we're not happy we're on our fourth machine in less than a year. That's 2020 for you, huh?? Such a waste of money.
