I was surprised how easy this was to hookup. I'm 64 so not growing up with electronics can make some products a challenge. Also, this was the 1st time I paid on-line and did curside pick-up at Best Buy. That process was also very easy.

Works well, just wish I had noticed it didn't have wifi

I am tech sad. I know very little but Best Buy people came to my rescue to help me get something accomplished when I had not a clue. I now have a blue ray but use my DVD and I have a slide projector to show a presentation and :I was totally clueless how to accomplish my goal.

Awesome DVD player; especially right now that there’s COVID & so many others things going on the world. Feels safe knowing that I am keeping my family save; watching old great movies.

Works good, I was looking for a DVD player with surround sound but apparently you can’t get one anymore. But I think it’s better this way, it the DVD player stops working like my old one I don’t have to go get a hole new system

I purchased this as a replacement for our Play Station 4. It seems to be working well. I have not heard yet from my daughter but she always tells me if there is a problem, so I guess there are no problems.

Needed to get a new DVD player before the state went on lock down and found this one at at very good price. Had to have an HDMI hook up so I could connect to my new Tv. Works Great, I didn't want to get stuck watching Broadcast programs all of the time.

Does what it is supposed to do. I would recommend it.

Needed a blue-ray player to watch my granddaughters wedding video. It wasn't so easy to learn how to use, but it serves the purpose. Can watch DVD's too. For the money, it's a good buy

Purchased the LG Blu-ray Disc - read the instructions - made all the connections. Loaded a BluRay disc, changed the input signal on my Samsung 4000k display and perfect no issudes. Handheld remote easy to use. Great Purchase Will do business again.

Pretty good player for the money. Not as good as an expensive one that has better picture quality but, you get what you pay for. A economical player that is cheaper and plays.

The wall plug is pretty big, comparatively speaking. If you don't have a lot of space behind your entertainment stand or just have too many things plugged in already, it might be a problem.

Blu Ray player works well but it comes on by itself and it changes the input on the tv. We have to keep it unplugged until we are ready to use it which is a hassle.

Easy to unpack, set up and attach to the TV (once you realize that the battery for the control wand is covered in a plastic wrap). Picture resolution was as good as the TV set it played through.

It works well. I was a little surprised how small it was. And disappointed that it didn’t have the optical audio out port that it said in the specs, so I can’t hook it into the stereo. It has no RCA plugs either, and my stereo isn’t new enough to have an hdmi port. At least it was cheap.

I had an immediate need to have a DVD player that would play home recorded discs, as many players tend to balk on such items. I was doing a presentation and had no small player which was portable, lightweight, and would read the DVD-R discs. This one worked perfectly!

It functions just as it should but looks and feel cheap. The main menu is basic and ugly interface. Even the remote is flimsy. Good price for bluray player tho. I only purchased it to watch old DVDs. Nothing special here.

Does its job as a Blu- Ray player well but it only has 5 apps and unable to add more. If you are only using it for the blu ray its the one for you but if you want the streaming then you will want to move on or spend the extra money. Just kinda out-dated.

I wanted a bare bones blu player. I did not care about streaming and this fit the bill for the price. I would have given it 5 stars if it was $15 cheaper but there is no other decent blu ray player that I could find for that price. I don't yet have a 4k TV so I didn't need a 4k player yet.
