It was time to update to a new Blu-Ray Player so after reading numerous reviews bought the LG which thus far has been outstanding. So much so that I bought my parents an extra christmas gift and bought them one just like it!

So far this one has worked great. We had to trade it out the first go around because it quit reading the dvd’s in less then a month.

I have had this player for a few weeks now and it is a good basic player. It does not have wi-fi, so have to hook a internet cable to the player in order to use the streaming service.

Best Buy Sales Associates know their products and they are always ready to harp the customer. The Geek Squad is extremely knowledgeable and efficient. One doesn’t have to wait 2 or3 weeks to get service.

Bluray player did not come with HDMI cable. Wish I had asked about that as I purchased player for our cottage 300 miles away in remote area with no electronic store nearby. Maybe everyone has spare cables or knows that they aren't included but I didn't.

I got this in an open box buy, delivered, for $45. It’s a wired Internet connected Blu-ray player with USB slot. Only HDMI out. I got it as a stand alone DVD player. I’ve been watching DVDs and Blu-ray’s for a couple hours. So far, so good!

This DVD/blueray player is pretty terrible. The compact size is great, and it runs pretty quietly when it isn't playing a dvd. Everything else is bad. The 'smart' features are very limited, won't load properly, and freeze so often that you can't get through a movie or episode without having to unplug and reset the machine. It makes a lot of noise when you try to play a DVD. The machine also shuts itself off from time to time.

Being a techie I know good product when I see it. LG has become a front runner in alot of areas in the last few years. It is good to have competition so as to make the products better and better. I am very pleased with this DVD player.

Awesome Player! The item that I received was what I really expected. It was in perfect condition and so far, it’s working fine. Best Buy’s order tracking is extremely helpful, convenient and efficient.

I bought this Blu-ray thinking it was a wireless one :( so I returned it and payed the different for a model that is wireless... it’s a good Blu-ray player but didn’t attend my needs .

I had a older Blue Ray player that broke and needed to replace it. This is one that is of better quality. The picture looks great and sound is great.

This was the second of this model I received. The first was a downer. This second effort seems to work fine; the video quality is what one should expect from blu-ray. Nothing fancy, but perfect for the tv in the bedroom.

This was a great buy.needed a new blue ray player. This one has all the bells and whistle. Very is to use.love the size not big and bulky. Cant beat the price.love my new blue ray player

I'm now on my 6th LG electronic product. I'm looking forward to many happy years with this DVD player. I only wish they still made their home theater system. Well I guess it'll be time for me to get their sound bar next! I love my LG!!!

Great bluray player that my wife and use as a portable player for when we travel. Great bargain and has been one of the most dependable players I've ever owned.

Not a bad product. Operating system is a bit older and not up date date as other blu ray players may be. works well with the television. easy install and set up. Picture is good quality in 4k on the t.v.

This DVD player is really good. It still works and I’ve had it for over a year now. Only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because sometimes it won’t play regular dvds. I know some blue ray players only accept blue rays but it’s kind of annoying.

It’s a decent and cheap Blu-ray player. Main complaint about it was it did not include and HDMI cord and didn’t specify if it did or not in the description. It took buying an hdmi cord after the fact which wasn’t a big deal but would’ve been nice to know.

An excellent replacement for a player that just ended its existence. Exactly what we needed

I have not connected this LG - Streaming Blu-ray Player - black, as yet. I bought this because we did't have a Blu-ray Player. My wife ordered a 12 disk Disney movie collection that was only on Blu-ray.
