The player so far has worked great. No issues with it. The remote is bigger than the one to my other blu ray player, so is easier to navigate with.

I bought this open box for a great price. While the item works perfectly well, I wish it had more buttons than just power, play & eject, especially since my open box item came without a remote.

Well, this is NOT a wi-fi supported system. Must be connected to lan line. Other than that, works great.

We bought this Blu-ray DVD player 2 months ago. Setup was fairly easy, but we didn't connect it to the internet. Sometimes, the player would lock up after playing a non Blu-ray and trying to play the next DVD which was Blu-ray. We like the buttons being on the front.

Wonderful unit for simple functionality. If you don't want or need a bunch of apps and extra functionality, this is the one for you.

If you are unaware of what I am referring to in the Summary, you should go watch Office Space because it's a great movie. Or you could simply google "printer from office space" and watch some videos about it. If not, I literally took this Blu-ray player outside and physically destroyed it to relieve some the stress it caused me. You know the phrase "you had one job to do"...? Well that phrase basically sums up how my anger meter goes up in regards to technology. I am a movie person and I buy lots of Blu-ray movies. I've used Sony, Samsung, LG (obviously), Xbox's, and Playstation's. I also own 3 of this exact player. They are inexpensive and on sale often. For all you that read this and say, "well that's what you get for buying the cheapest one", you can just move along because there's no arguing with your "supreme logic"... But for those of you still here, let me just say... Yes, it's cheap. However, that doesn't mean it shouldn't work or only work for a month or so... All 3 of the players I own have a different problem. One constantly froze and would only work again if you unplugged and plugged it back in (not fun when you have to move a whole dresser or entertainment center to get to the outlet). One works, but has a terribly loud and constantly annoying noise coming from the physical unit. The last one skips a lot, randomly stops playing the movie, and sends you back to the home screen as if there is no movie in the drive (and NO, it's not a problem with the discs). I spoke in 'past tense' about the first one above because that is the one that was taken outside and destroyed. Please people... Please consider paying a little bit more for a functioning player. I prefer LG when it comes to TV's (currently own 6 LG TV's), but NOT Blu-ray players. This thing is terrible.

We bought this to upgrade our dvd player in the master bedroom. It works great! It was easy to hook up with the HDMI cord, not included.

It came nicely packaged and overall it works great. It comes with a remote but you will need an hdmi cable

This LG Blu-Ray player is perfect in all that it can do. It can play any MP4 files without any special settings unlike the LG 4K player! Simple but very efficient and effective.

Can’t get the wired internet connection to work, but the quality of the player itself is great for a 1080p player
