I'm having a problem with the menu when I plug in the flash drive. It appears to be a bug with the firmware. I couldn't find any firmware updates on LG's website, so I tried to do a chat. I got put on hold, waited about 20 minutes, but was never connected with an agent. So, I called their customer service. I must have been connected to someone from another country, because I could barely understand the agent's English. We had serious trouble communicating. It made me realize how important it is to have quality customer service when you run into a problem with your purchase. I don't think I'm going to be buying any more LG products.
