First, due to covid, we delayed installation and Geek Sq did not schedule until first week in Oct. after the 15 day return deadline for returns. The products packaging were never opened. Upon arrival Geek Sq observed and advised the existing dvd player we had could function no problem. Second, the install order indicated a hook up for a 56" tv which was incorrect. All that was needed was the DVD hookup. The charge was $149.99 for a simple house call. EXCESSIVE! Then, we returned the items (still in unopened packages) and even though the delay was due to covid concerns, we were only given a store credit due to 15 days. We are not pleased with the charge for essentially a house call and the store credit. We would like a monetary credit. Finally, your customer phone service is terrible. Do something about it like use a call back feature rather than have wait times that never get a response!
