I tried to send your questionnaire/survey shortly after I bought the player and it would not go through and I feel it was deliberate. Secondly, the young man in the department was quite rude to my wife and I do not appreciate it.

The picture and sound are OK. The remote needs to be pointed exactly at the unit to get a response. Even a few inches away from an exact line of site results in no response from the unit.
