Doesn't Stream Properly

It wasnt the video loading. To get the player to do anything I would have to unplug the power cable and plug it back in. I Tried checking for updates and it said it was up to date. Also, the remote had very poor response time, I would say about a 15 to 20 second delay before the player would respond. The only thing it seemed to work fine with was DVD's. If you want to watch netflix or use another streaming service, find something else as this will fail to meet your expectations.
