The low rating is for the fact that I ordered for contactless pickup and it took 45 minutes to get the player in my car. Car after car pulled in and got their orders in 5-10 minutes. I asked the employees twice what the hold up was and they said it would be right out. I asked to speak to the manager and the person that came out was very rude and said that if I wanted it faster to tell their management to hire more people. I will NEVER do this again and will wait the extra day for Amazon to deliver.
