    Decent value Blu-ray player

    Was a decent replacement for a broken Samsung just so I can continue watching small Blu-ray collection. Would've loved to have 4K/HDR capability but didn't want to spend the $ since I'm streaming more.

    An acceptable equipment for the use of a meeting room or study center ... does not have a Wi-Fi connection but is done through a LAN connection (all updates and network access).

    Was a low price and is of low quality. The blades fall off when cleaning. It does shave, which is all I wanted from it for now. I doubt it will last longer than six months

    Freeze then become unresponsive to remote/buttons

    Very disappointed in this product. Worked great the first few times it was used. But about a week into having it, the player started to freeze and become unresponsive to both the remote and the buttons on the console itself. The only way to unfreeze it is to unplug the machine. The first time it froze it then worked fine after we unplugged it, waited, and tried it again. However the next time we used it the player would freeze at random spots during the movie. We tested it with multiple dvds and the same results occurred which confirmed our suspicion that it was a player issue and not a disc issue.

    Worked for a month then had to take it get fixed. They fixed it but I haven't gone to get it yet.

    Good picture for a year or so. After that wont read disk of any kind. Build quality was poor but for the price i was ok with it.

    Bought this Blu-ray player as an opened box item. However, I did not notice on the "Open Box" label that a remote is not included so back it goes. Really need a remote.

    SIMPLE AND IT WAS READY TO PICK UP BEFORE THE TIME STATED. I ENJOYED THE SUBSEQUENT SHOPPING AFTERWARD. MY WIFE AND I DECIDED TO PURCHASE SOME WIRELESS SPEAKERS. WE LIKE THE CONVIENIENCE OF YOU STORE.

    They didn't have one that worked with WiFi. The salesperson referred this as the next best thing. Not happy esp when u drive almost 4hrs.

    DON'T BUY, IT'S A TRAP.

    I've tried two of these, and they both stopped functioning within three days of installing. I also had to purchase my own HDMI and Ethernet cables, as neither come with it. This device does not support Hulu (though it is listed in the menu), nor imdb free dive via Amazon. It regularly freezes up until you unplug it, and takes several minutes to do anything. It's garbage. I just took it out of the box and am already having the same problems. You only have 15 days to return it, so please don't risk it.

    Works good but I think it should come with the HDMI cable. Not much good without it.

    My review is based on the fact that the bluray player itself is fine but, it came incomplete. I had to buy a hdmi cable separately and that should not be.

    This player works ok. it plays fine, but the player gets stuck on menus and has to be power cycled ALOT to fix this issue!

    Very Basic

    I guess you get what you pay for. This does the bare minimum. I like the wireless but I found the menus and accessibility lacking. I would recommend for a kids room or something in an office. Definitely not your main player.

    Picked this up on a black friday sale. Gave it as a present for Christmas. Works great, no wi-fi on this model but they already have a roku so bot needed.

    If you happen to buy this, you will have to spend an hour going back to the store after for a $20 cord. No one will tell you, the box won't make it clear. It will leave a sour taste in your mouth that you buy a device that doesn't come with everything necessary to actually use it. I won't be buying anything LG again, and I am reticent to shop at Best Buy when the are expert doesn't mention I need a cord for the device. Heck the front desk should prompt you when you buy it that I doesn't come ready to use.

    It works so Far. One Thing missing. This player has poor Quality on Close captioning g. The FONT WONT CHANGE ON CLOSE CAPTUONING SIZE TOO SMALL
