Disappointed in LG

You have to Unplug it for about a minute and plug it back in to get it to work and then eventually it stops working altogether. This was in a three week period. It has been returned.

Worst buy ever!

It freezes constantly and any time you unplug and restart it you have to resetup the wifi connection. Which is dumb as it is directly connected to the internet. It also loads SUPER SLOW and I have Ultra speed internet, and this also happens with nothing else connected to the internet. It is just my boyfriend and I and we have our phones unhooked. There is no reason this player should be so slow and constantly freezing but I can barely get through a show without it having to reload or freeze. I'd give it 0 starts if I could.

low price for a dvd player

Great at first; stopped working after 6 months

It was delivered and we set it up June 5, 2020. All was working great. Thought it was going to be better than the 2 Sony ones we had gotten that had to be replaced after a year... but now, only 6 months after purchasing this LG one, it will no longer connect to the TV/play a DVD or Blu-Ray... So, I do not recommend.

Good value, however subtitles don’t work.
