Wont turn on

It was easy to set up and really easy to use. It looks good as well. I hate that that I spent $50 on it to only use it once.

Poor Value

Furthermore, it might play Blu-ray DVDs okay, but the picture quality on purchased non-blu-ray DVDs is poor, and even worse on DVDs that you made yourself. If your DVD collection is made up of older discs, this unit is not for you.

Garbage - got screwed this time around

No dvds will play on it. 1 out of 3 Blu rays play so far. Such garbage and now I'm stuck with it because i didn't play a dvd for a few weeks. Best Buys return policy sucks. No help from them. No wonder they are struggling to stay in business.

LG Can Do Better

Even the power button doesn't respond. The smart interface is a little slow at times.
