    very affordable but not compatible, Wanted to return but did not realize only 15 days to return. I opened the box installed it and realized it was not compatioble with amazon prime, or hulu or others so thinking I had 30 days I repackaged to sent it back, then when I was going to start the process it was only 15 days. O well, if you are looking just for netflix go for it otherwise very old fashion

    Clunky and buggy

    It sort of does just the job, but streams slow. We have an LG tv and once we hooked this up we couldn’t adjust the volume on the tv while using this device.

    Had to return. Got it home, hooked it up and it wouldn't play any movies. Bestbuy rep said it was probably a bad laser. I didn't a chance on another and purchased a different player..

    Worked well for a while, but stopped reading discs after about 6 months. And that was with light use, as we mostly use netflix.

    Cheapest Blu-ray player I found but also very poor quality. Each time you turn off/on the player, it starts from the menu. Not smart enough to remember when you last left off. No subtitle shortcut, must go back to main menu. Did not show the previews either. Returned and got a refund for this piece of trash.

    Not happy with this player. I hooked it to my lg tv. Didnt hook up streaming part because i didn’t need it. Now my tv wont stay hooked to the internet it ruined my tv wireless connection.

    It didn’t even last me a month it turns off by itself, opens midway throughout the movie and says disc error and turns off again. Best Buy can’t do an exchange told me to contact manufacturer and I did and all they offer was a troubleshooting option.

    No option for 0 stars so it gets 1. I had a high end LG Blu-ray player that after a couple of months decided to stop loading discs. After wrestling with LG's warranty division finally got a refund on that one and tried this one. It wouldn't play discs right out of the box. Returned it for a cheap Sony that actually works.

    Quit working just after warranty period

    When it worked, it was great. However, after using it for a little more than a year (of course, just outside of the warranty period) it no longer works correctly. It will power on and you can hear the disc spinning, but the home screen doesn't appear. At first I thought it was a faulty HDMI cable so I moved the entire machine to a TV in a different room using a different HDMI cable with the same results.

    THIS PLAYER IS BEING USED MOSTLY FOR WATCHING NETFLIX. I AM HAVING PROBLEMS WITH THE PLAYER FREEZING AND LOCKING UP. I NEED TO UNPLUG IT TO RESET IT. IT IS ALSO VERY VERY SLOW TO LOAD. I AM GOING TO CHECK IF THERE IS A SOFTWARE UPDATE, IF NOT I WILL BE RETURNING IT.
