Didn't even last two months.

When I first bought this player it worked well. But it stopped recognizing my older BluRay disks. I tried a new set of DVDs, with little luck. Sometimes, after inserting the disk repetitively the disk will final play, but mostly it doesn't work.

Doesn’t work

My first issue when I bought it was that it doesn’t come with an HDMI cord. It doesn’t register to my tv half the time. I have tried different tvs and different cord and the only issue is this player. Wish I would have returned it when I had the chance.

Doesn't even come with HDMI cable!

So if you're internet cuts out or is running slow, you're out of luck! Had to purchase a cord separately, unbeleivable. Last LG product I purchase since they want to cheap out these days.

Don't buy.

We'll see about Best Buy's customer service, since it seems I had 2 weeks from ordering it online to the return deadline, by which I had not even opened it.

Disappointed with my new LG DVD

I have to unplug it, more than once, and then turn back on and finally it will over to release the DVD. Ugh! My fifteen year old one never malfunctioned like this!

Would not recommend this one

It would mysteriously shut off by itself, wouldn't turn back on except by unplugging and replugging it from the power strip, and would freeze during DVD and Netflix playback. I ended up returning it.

Horrible product

But this is a horrible product to market as streaming media device! Don't buy unless you only use it for DVD! Had to pay $10 to return this garbage!

I am returning it as soon as BestBuy allows it

I was mainly interested in the smart part of the Blu-ray Player. It only has Netflix that I was interested in I was looking for Hulu and others. I really did not use it, so it is hard to say if I would recommend it. So I will say yes. Even the one star is unfair.
