Pretty terrible

2 Both Problems

I purchased two of these units. The first one would not play. I returned it and got a different one. The second one stopped playing after 2 uses!!! All of this within about a week. Horrible product!!!

Cant get Netflix to work

Crappy exchange

It was supposed to be a comparable exchange for the sony which had a glitch. At least the sony streamed with wireless internet which this one doesn't.

Can play DVD. That's it.

Don't expect anything else from this device. Couldn't even consistently play Netflix with a network cable. Very pathetic. Surprised Best Buy would even stock this terrible excuse for a streaming BluRay player.

He recommended I buy a Firestick, which I did.

Poor quality

No Wi-Fi access to cast internet content

The packaging says you can smart cast by connect through the internet. Upon more careful reading, you can only connect through a network cable, not Wi-Fi. Now the device is useless to me. Can I trade it in for credit for a Wi-Fi compatible device?

Faulty carbon dioxide canisters

Smart Blue ray my ___

Netflix is buggy and takes forever to load and usually is unwatchable. I always thought that LG was a good brand but this thing is aweful.

DVD Player LG
