    The plug in the back of the unit was defective. Did not work out for us.

    Couldn’t get new tv to work so didn’t need DVD player didn’t come with a connection cord

    The LG BP175 Blu-Ray Player works great. Loads disks quickly enough. Spins quietly. Compact size. Graphic Interface is fine. I can use my LG tv remote to activate basic functions. Yes, for some reason, the player remote is small with small buttons. So far, this player works perfectly.

    Looked for a DVD player to replace an old Sony that no longer worked. After reviewing all models and reviews I decided on this one. After plugging in the HDMI (have to purchase separately) and Then the power plug, your good to go. Purchased on special for $59 and can’t beat that price anywhere! Came home and after watching a dvd on my main TV I went online and ordered a second one for a bedroom and this time having it delivered for free next day! Also, LOVE the slim small size.

    Wanted a No Frills Blu-ray Player and this fits the bill! You can hook it up to ethernet if you want but for my use I just needed a player for my blu-rays nothing else. It is small and compact. The remote works great and plays without a hitch. It is not 4K with HDR or anything but that is not what I needed!

    We just upgraded our TV. The old DVD player did not have the HDMI output so we upgraded. It was easy to install and use. It plays both Blu-ray and regular DVDs. It has not skipped and seems to work well. We don’t use it a lot but it is nice to have. It is small but has the adapter style bulky plug. You need Ethernet cable to stream. The included remote is straightforward and works well.

    The LG - BP175 - Streaming Blu-Ray Player overall is a very reliable Blu-ray player. This blue ray player plays extremely clear dvd's and the quality of the dvd's is impeccable. This LG blue-ray player is very easy to install and is very user-friendly. The nice feature about the LG blue-ray is how high-quality resolution that the dvd's play! I would highly recommend this affordable LG blue-ray player.
