Perfect for a simple but very good Blu-ray. We didn’t want one with all the bells and whistles. This is perfect

IDK, sometimes LG bluray and DVD players have their own little oddities. They aren't at all bad, but they might make you really look at and carefully examine a gew of your movies as their players occasionally seem way sensitive to the slightest and tiniest scratch or fingerprint. Seriously, I know the condition of my movies, if only because I also have a Samsung, Sony, Panasonic & Philip's bluray player along with 5 different video game systems that can play movies. They all play all of my movies just fine, no skipping or anything. Yet every once and a while I'll put a movie in any one of my LG DVD or bluray players and suddenly it'll skip. It's from that that I put the fault on the player, not the movie. That said there's really nothing else bad to say about them. But at the same time I can hardly give a 5 star rating to a super sensitive video player.

We have been watching a series and sometimes swap to a movie in the middle of a disk. The player will remember where we left off from the series and go straight back to it!!! It’s wonderful!!!

I was looking for a quality inexpensive Blu-ray player to use now and again to play my discs. This had a good rating and I decided to get it. Not disappointed in this unit. Satisfied with it.

it plays good so far. This one is built in Korea, not Japan . Not a lot of hours on the drive but the controls and operation seem to be holding up.

plays old dvd's that look better than my old dvd player will also be getting some new blue ray dvd's

Functions well and as advertised. The small size is a plus in my small living space.
