Good product so far. I wanted a blueray player at a reasonable price and this is it.

Just your basic Blu-ray player. It does everything you would expect it to do and it does it well.

I've been satisfied with this item. It's streamlined with no frills and the price reflects that. It plays very well.

great performing blu-ray player for a modest price

This device took literally 5 minutes to set-up and start watching a disc. The picture was great, sound very good, and the units' tray was a little more quiet than what I would consider average. All good points. The only thing I don't care for is the "vampire" power adapter. I did not notice on the items' info page that it was not corded unit. So, to save a bit on power cost, the power adapter is set up on a remote switched outlet; this worked out well for me because I was already using it for my sound bar. Just a cheap old man's opinion!

Just right for small places on a shelf. Quite with a great view. Simple to use.

I purchased this player to replace my old one. I wasn’t exactly thrilled with the streaming feature as it prompts me to set up the network every time I turn it on. It also gets stuck on some of my standard dvds. Just wanted an affordable, regular blu ray/dvd player.

I love that it can use my homemade video dvds, blu-ray dvds, and my cds!

Inexpensive and easy to use...works well for bluray but not always for oldet dvds

Intuitive- easy to use. I set this up for my 96 year old mother.

Only used once, but so far great little unit. Very good value.

This review isn’t entirely fair. I haven’t used it yet. Why!? Cuz I HATE the plug. It’s big. I don’t have enough room on my surge protector for a big plug. I have unplug something else in order to use it....which is behind my tvstand and isn’t the easiest to get to. I don’t know if all LG BR players have that type of plug or not. If I knew one had a normal plug I would return this. One good thing is it’s very light and small.

This seems to be a good player. I just wish they showed the dvd disk playing time on the player itself. You have to hit a button on the remote to display it. But overall, seems to be a good player.

I really like that I can stream apps on this too it makes it nice not needing a roku or firestick

ISSUES: Streaming Netflix/Pandora | Very occasional playing disc. -SYMPTOMS: (Netflix)Happens about 1/3 of the time = Player freezes-lights on unit show remote is communicating but nothing happens. Or, the player will buffer for 1-2 min and not play or play and cut out every so often. Or load immediately then cut out every so often. --(Pandora)Happens 100% of the time = Will play first part of song then skip to next song - may play entire song 1/20 of the time. --(Disc player)Happens 10-15% of the time = May not always get through menu to play. freeze if I go to menu settings(audio/subtitles). Freeze randomly in movie. *** Unplug - plug in mostly resolves Netflix *** I purchased the LG-BP350 (same unit but Wi-Fi) for my mother last year. Out of the box there were issues(above). Had all updates and settings at defaults. Called LG, Cust.Support instructions to hard reset (unplug-hold power-plug in (30 sec)). may fix it that time but not permanent fix. *ACTIONS: Exchanged it for same model. Took to mom, same exact issues. Thought it was possibly network related. took to my house (different ISP and mine is Google Fiber). Same exact issue. Considered it could be wifi chips sucked so I bought LG-BP175. SAME EXACT ISSUES!!! Only reason I went with LG was I have LG TV's and wanted one remote (I do not like universal remotes). LG's support, the 3rd time I called, was to check my network and send unit back at my expense for warranty work. I have an Ovivo (yeah that's correct-never heard of it before either) TV with built in apps that is flawless. I have a Roku 3 that is flawless, I have a NeoTV(because it has analog output) that is slow but does not skip/stall/freeze. If you think you should have to get up and unplug/plug in your player everytime you use it this is the unit for you. if not you may want to consider another brand.

Works great takes up little space. Doesn’t overheat

easy to install, set up and connect to Prime or other steaming service. Issue - pressing the buttons to go up and down is a pain. It doesn't respond. Pressing them multiple times to move to the selection you want is aggravating. I continue to have this problem and hate using it.
