The primary criteria was to have a device that is easy to use and very basic in order to provide them with an insert and play experience. Otherwise, they would be confused by the additional bells and whistles getting in the way of them just viewing the feature that they want to watch.

Great USB port for playing your video files

I was kinda embarrassed almost to be buying a DVD player in 2023, but I was buying it for the USB port which I use to play my video files. It works perfectly for this purpose.

Great, reasonably priced DVD/BLU-RAY Player!

Quite a bargain Blu-ray player at $49

It was a bargain when I bought it. This Blu-ray player plays all of my older DVDs and of course Blu-ray discs as well. It does have an Ethernet port to hard wire and the ability to watch Netflix. I already have Roku so I'm not using this player to do any streaming.
