Quite a bargain Blu-ray player at $49

It was a bargain when I bought it. This Blu-ray player plays all of my older DVDs and of course Blu-ray discs as well. It does have an Ethernet port to hard wire and the ability to watch Netflix. I already have Roku so I'm not using this player to do any streaming.

Nice Inexpensive Replacement Blu-Ray

This was a good, quick replacement purchase. I don't have an elaborate movie/sound system so this player is adequate for my needs. I've only had it a couple of weeks at the time of writing this review. I seems to be working well. Hopefully it will last a long time.

Decent performer, but rough around the edges

Nothing special in the software, but it is functional. The online streaming services you can add (youtube, pandora, Netflix, prime video, etc.) work but are slow loading and 720p locked. You also have to be hardwired (ethernet cable to player) to use the internet. Buy this for physical media only, and and you'll be fine.

More than satisfied with this player

This player connected very easily, works very well and I'm more than satisfied with it overall. It's also very easy to use. About the only non-issue with it, is the noises it makes when it's reading the disc, but most of them do that anyway so it's definitely not a problem.
