The size, ease of use and price were exactly what I wanted.

It's a great Blu-ray player, nothing too fancy. Which is exactly what I wanted, since the TV it's connected to has all the streaming services bells and whistles... One of the best things is that my LG TV recognizes it and can control it with the TV's remote.

Does what it's supposed to do. Nothing fancy. We just use it to play movies. Our TV has all the apps, so we don't use the ones with the player. If you are like us and still enjoy popping in a Blu-Ray and watching a movie occasionally, this will work for you.

While I haven't figured out all of the features yet, my real need is watching DVDs...and that works wonderfully!

Excellent picture quality and no issues. I have owned this item for over a year and I am very happy with my purchase. There have not been any issues with discs getting hung up or scratched and the quality of the picture is better than the last DVD player I used with the same television I have now.

I was looking for a small, reliable Blu-ray player for my portable home video system. Since I recently purchased a high end LG player for home use and am extremely happy with it I decided to give this model a try. It works well and is very compact, which is what I wanted. It's oddly noisy when loading discs but not when playing them. Also not WiFi capable. An excellent value.

Bought this player for my parents and they love it. The last one they had was definitely in need of a replacement, so for the price this was the best one that was able to replace the old one. It is very simple to use as my parents who aren’t very good with technology can use it. Would definitely recommend buying.

Nothing against this Blu-Ray/DVD player. It's adequate. But that's really all it is. In my opinion, it loads/navigates its menus slowly and the settings/menus/remote invocations are not as clear as they should be. Also -- and this is a warning, not a complaint, I knew it when I bought it -- be aware that it's not a wifi streaming device. If you want to stream, you'll have to run an Ethernet cable from your router to the player. I bought this because I found three seasons of Game of Thrones on Blu-Ray at a garage sale, and because I have a pile of DVDs from the old pre-streaming days and occasionally feel like watching one. It's not something I use every day. If it's something YOU expect to use every day, I suggest spending a little more money on a wifi-enabled device and perhaps considering another brand (I don't know -- this is the only Blu-Ray player I've owned, so maybe they're all slow on the front end)

This is a great player. My old one was one of the first generation of Blu-ray players wouldn't start back up where you stopped. It's great to be able to stop your program and go back to it the next day and not have to either re-watch part of it or have to search for where you left off.
