One of the best blu ray players I have owned for its price

Easy set up, simple to use, and great price point.

This was a gift for my daughter for Christmas. She has several other LG products and has always liked them. This is no different. She loves this for what it is and she just needed to have a Blu ray player for the movies she doesn't stream.

We wanted a small DVD player for our exercise room so we could watch exercise dvds. The old one died somewhere in our multiple moves in the last year. This unit has a small footprint and starts up quickly. My only complaint is in the apps available for the streaming function. They are limited. Otherwise, this does what we need and does it well.

This new Blu-ray player works very well. And GEEK SQUAD was able to inform me that it cannot play informational videos, much to my surprise. But it does work marvelously. Thank you so much GEEK SQUAD. Have a blessed day, Luci

The LG blue ray player does it job by displaying videos on the TV with a very simple hookup. Some of the menu's are convoluted and could be improved, but is not necessary for basic unit operation. Overall, a good purchase.

Bought for Blu-Ray/DVD playback, music CD playback; Also for MP3, MP4/MOV and photo playback from external USB drive. Works flawlessly. No invasive setup requiring personal data. One sixth the price of the Sony PS3 that it replaced. Very pleased with the purchase.

Ordered in early December 2020; thanks to the U.S. Post Office, order arrived over a month later and damaged. Best Buy replaced in-store on 1/7 and replacement unit worked perfectly. The unit itself is unobtrusive and compact while still delivering good performance.

Came with everything you need to setup, minus an hdmi cord. So you will need that if you’re hooking it up to your tv. But it came with a battery for the remote. Was a 3 minute setup - plug in the power cord, hdmi and battery and you’re up and running. Works great so far. Highly recommend.

Best bang for buck for a blueray player. Wish it had WiFi though

At this price point this is a pretty good unit. My only gripe with all the different manufactures blurry at this pricing is the lack of controls on the front of unit. They want you to use the remote to do the controlling. This is not always a good thing. The units works good and looks good also picture wise. Just puts some buttons on front of unit.

Works great! I am very pleased with this blue ray player. The quality appears to be just fine. It is quite easy to operate & has the essential features that you would expect from a blue ray. It is not a bells & whistles type device, but it does the job.

This is a decent Blu-ray player. Purchase because I have a few DVDs I have not watched in a while as my previous DVD player has died. This DVD player works as good as I needed to work. I would buy it again if I needed it for another room.
