This dvd player comes at a great price, but it's not a good choice for the easily annoyed. It's a bit glitchy- it seems to have issues when playing bluray discs, however we have had no issues when playing regular discs. You can't beat the price though.

Got this for my mom to replace her old dead DVD player. It will still play DVDs, but adds Blu-Ray capability. No bells or whistles on this, but that wasn't needed. Her TV handles all of the streaming services already. Easy setup.

Simple dvd/blue ray player at a good price. All we needed with a smart tv and a Roku, just something to play discs on.

We had one glitch about a week ago when the unit wasn't sending a signal to the television. Simply unplugging the unit for several seconds and plugging it in again fixed the problem. Other than that incident, the unit has performed well the fifteen or so evenings we used it over the past month.

I replaced my old DVD player with this LG Blu-ray player. It was easy to install and produced an excellent video quality. And it was much, much smaller than my old unit. The Best Buy price was also very good.

This is an awesome multitasking home media player and I had no idea it did so much I was only really trying to play Blu-rays but it does all those other cool stuff like plays DVDs and music and it’s radical and it was only 50 bucks so Booyaksha!

Basic Blu-ray player. Does all it is intended to do. Cannot comment on streaming capability since I have other ways to do that. But for simple playing of media, a fine choice

While this Blu-Ray player doesn't have all of the features of some of the more expensive models, it does pack all of the basic features, plus several of the most common streaming services, and the ability to play files off of USB, all in a reliable & compact frame that's easy to fit into even the smallest of spaces.

We have had no problems with this Blu-ray player. It has been better than the one we had before. Our old one did not play some extras for what ever reason but this new player has been able to play the extras even on the videos that did not work in the past.

It's a basic Blu-ray player that plays blu-ray discs or DVDs. It's very straight forward; nothing fancy.

I purchased this player expecting an "acceptable" quality machine given the price. When I got home and put in a test video I was amazed at the difference in quality of picture from my DVD player. Yes, even regular DVDs appear sharper and clearer using this player on the same TV as before.

Very pleased with our LG player. Easy to use, works awesome. Very pleased with this. We have several LG products and we we'll only buy LG products because they live up to there name

Easy plug in and get started. Only problem was with my smart TV. Told me to ID the HDMI port for this device, I did on HDMI port 1. The player had other ideas and it took a few minutes to figure out the it had set up an identify of it's own. Selected that for TV input and all works well

Works fine as a standard player. I did have it wired to the internet to test and it was very fast and played all the standard apps...meaning Youtube, Amazon, netflex etc. price was good on sale $50 also. I wouldn't pay any more than that due to no wifi.

Good inexpensive player. I did not need wireless because I use FireTV for streaming. If you have a cat5 drop handy but no wifi, this may do. As for the remote, it is made for 3yr old hands!

This is awesome. Was looking for a basic blue ray and dvd player. But this is somuch more than I was expecting. I can stream through it play music through it, and the I do t have the sound issue I had with my other player. Great buy.
