It is quite a decent dishwasher which has generally performs well and has and has decent options. It could definitely dry better though. Had some issues door within a 6 months of purchase which Geek Squad resolved. Then now four years into owning it having many issues with water draining, stopping mid-cycle, cracking display. Having it replaced with the help of Geek Squad.

The first two problems required replacing just about every visible part. The third problem was a water leak that involved changing a part and drain hose. Now we have another leak. The drain hose again. How could it need to be replaced again a year after the last repair. My cabinet footer needs to be replaced at minimum. Hopefully my cabinets aren’t damaged. This is just so frustrating.

This was advertised as a high end product but it's performance was not as good as some of the off brand products. I would not make this purchase again not any other LG Kitchen appliance.

Finally they looked at all the parts they have had to replace plus all the parts the would need to replace again just to get the thing to complete a cycle and told me to go pick out a new one. This was the only LG appliance I have ever owned and the highest model I could buy when I bought it, I learned not to buy LG dishwashers for sure.

Terrible dishwasher

Very disappointed customer

We've had problems with it since we got it. Two service repairs already. Now it's malfunctioning again. The machine just stops in the middle of a cycle. Even when it does complete the wash cycle, it doesn't clean dishes or flatware thoroughly.
