    Terrible. Handle sticks out way too much and it doesnt air dry well. Had to use towel to dry the inside after each use. The new machine smell stinks too. Some mugs weren't even clean. The only good thing is that it is quiet, but definitely disappointed.

    Won’t dry on any of the dry settings. Are going to have a service tech out.
