My cook top is what I expected, heavy duty grates and nice clean sleek surface, the 24,000 btu center burner works excellent no problems holding temperature, awesome product.

I have had this cooktop installed for 3 months now. It heats well, is easy to clean and looks nice. However, it is a new model with a mother board issue. All 5 illuminated knob lights have gone out at the same time. The repair technician came out and is trying to locate the necessary repair part which is showing not in stock. I will not know what LG plans to do for a few weeks.

Excellent service techs at install. Also product is a welcome upgrade from our old range. Very good and under the Best Buy warranty.

I just had it installed, im in remodeling mode, its very pretty. I like the two gold burners, a nice added feature. Hhaven't used it yet. Still remodeling

We purchased this stove, it wasn't going to fit our kitchen. We had a tech guy come to our home, and did measurements and gave us 2 offers on a stove, but those options entailed us cutting into the granite in our kitchen. We really didn't receive other options when asked so we cancelled our order. The tech coming to our home was pretty useless. He did his job don't get me wrong, it was just that the measurements still didn't match any options and we are just left confused.

It’s not product review it is an overall experience with my order through Best Buy. Its a very worst experience i ever had with Best Buy with multiple delays for delivering my appliances and I am never going to buy or suggest to buy any appliances from Best Buy again. I spent hours and hours of time talking to agents with no resolution.
