The item arrived missing an essential part, and it has now been two weeks of waiting for the missing pieces to arrive. I am very disappointed because the listing stated the item was in excellent condition, but it failed to include all the necessary parts required to actually function. I will update this review once I am finally able to get it installed and running, but for now, the experience has been highly frustrating.

We had a tech guy come to our home, and did measurements and gave us 2 offers on a stove, but those options entailed us cutting into the granite in our kitchen. We really didn't receive other options when asked so we cancelled our order. The tech coming to our home was pretty useless. He did his job don't get me wrong, it was just that the measurements still didn't match any options and we are just left confused.
