Prob nice, but can’t operate!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.We purchased the LG Styler along with a new LG washer and dryer. A week ago, we had the Styler delivered after waiting a month for it to arrive. The Best Buy contractor team delivered it during our window, but did not know how to install the appliance. In order to operate the device, it must be level and a drip try must be installed. The delivery team did not level the appliance, and did not install the drip tray. They essentially wanted to get in and get out. Now, we have a $2,000 appliance we can’t use because it has not been leveled and brought up off the ground in order for us to install the drip tray. I called the Geek Squad customer service line a few hours after it was installed (after I discovered the drip tray need in the owner’s manual, and they said they would escalate the problem and get back to me within 24/48 hours. It has been 7 days - still no call back. I’m sure this is a great appliance. I hope others will learn from this and make sure the installer levels the device and installs the drip tray. We have had good luck with Best Buy in the past, but will likely give another retailer our business for our next major purchase.
