They last 1-2 yrs after daily use, and we always replace it with the $11 warranty you buy when purchasing. This particular looks stronger because the cable is retractable vs the other ones are loose. He charges it overnight at the laptop.

No bass

The retractable buds are very convenient too. But I was surprised to discover that there is no bass in the sound. Also, the neckband feels a bit heavy and pressing on to the neck.

Headset is too tight Gaves you a headache

Headset is too tight around neck. It Gave me a headache everytime I used it. For two day. Pushes on the jugular vein. Had to return ASAP

Great Headphones

It makes running easier as I don’t have wires all over the place tugging. I also like that the actually earbuds retracts back when completed i’m Done using it so they are not hanging loosely. It makes for better storage.

Not only could I hear everyone clearly, I liked that everyone calling me said they could hear me clearly....even better than with my phone. Worked great when exercising. Easy to set up. Overall very happy with this purchase.

You Get What You Pay For

These headsets deliver quality telephone conversations and high fidelity sound. Just be sure to take advantage of the extended warrantee and retract the earbuds slowly & by hand.

LG - Tone Active great headset

Im on calls most for about 7Hrs a day and there enough battery left for me to use them at the gym and sometime even into the next day if i forget to charge it. Great overall product..

Overall pretty good

I have 2 iPhones and I have to pair them in a certain order. Can’t just turn on Bluetooth and pair them, have to do the one before the other. This is also my first Bluetooth so maybe it’s just me Idk. But I am very happy with them.
