It's easy to pair and very lightweight on your neck

Not like my first LG headset. I like the retractable earbuds but so many people say I sound muffled. I had the other one for two years before it conked out. A bit disappointed I thought I was getting the same quality with some upgraded features.

It’s an ok product. Have good voice quality. But, if you plan to use it beneath collar of shirt, it’s not a good one. I used my previous one with shirt and they were great. This is short hene hides beneath the colllor completely, as result, receiver can hardly hear my voice. For gym / T-shirt, great one !

Great Bluetooth speakers like the water resistance

It’s a very good headset, I love the way it sounds and fit. I can even wear it on my motorcycle without it coming off. The only bad thing I can say about it is the background noise canceling. Everyone says they can hear the background noise over me.

Retractable cords and great sound make this headset perfect for an active lifestyle. When using for conversations I had no confusion or miscommunications, which is sometimes the case with other headsets. Perfect, easy to charge, sync, and use.

The headphones for me perfectly, sound quality is good too. I've had issues where in the middle of a call the headphones will stop sending my voice and if I'm listening to music and put my phone into my back pocket the sound will cut in and out a lot.

Had to replace old head phones cause of audio quality and picked up these so far only minor issues just getting used to having a power button instead of a switch used them all day and some throughout the night, but other than that I would give it a 5 star rating tried to give them 4.75 of a star but no dice

was looking for a good inexpensive bluetooth headset to use at work. this one is perfect for me. small and great battery life. be aware it is a sportier model so that might be the reason it fits smaller around the neck then verses other headsets

I had heard people talk a lot about this product and until I started using it, I did not realize how good it is. The only things I do not like about the product is the potential that the spring will stop working well and that sometimes the microphone gets muffled. Otherwise, it is a very sensitive microphone.

Excellent Bluetooth! I have been using the LG Headset for 5 years now and every time a new model comes out it exceeds my expections. I'm a project manager and my headset takes a beating everyday but continues to work like new everyday!

Like all LG BT headphones, the audio quality of the phones is very good. Unfortunately, the size and shape of the neck piece was not as comfortable for me as other, looser, LGs are. Bus a good product over all, and solidly built.

This is a replacement headset for the first LG Tone that I purchased. The sound quality is excellent. I have heard from people on the other end that it is a good sound quality and they don't hear any background noise. Worth the money.

Bought these headphones to use while working out. They are great the battery life is amazing I can use them throughout the whole day and not worry about the battery dying on me. Charge is also lightning fast. Awesome headphones !!!

For the most part these are great. I love the retractable ear pieces! The only downside is I can't set my phone down and walk away. If I get more than a few feet away it starts getting static and the my voice sounds computerized. My old ones i could go upstairs with no problem.

This was a gift for my boyfriend, since he had drop his ear piece in the toilet. I did not think he would like it, since he has always had the Bluetooth that goes around your ear. But he says that he really likes it.

I looked at videos for this headset, most videos had one thing in common which is that the headset is small. i purchased it anyway and can definitely confirm that it is small around the neck but its workable.

Don't know if it is representative of all of this model or just the one I bought. No one could understand me when making phone calls. Liked the sound, but not handy when driving. I returned it for a different model.

This headset is one of the best I’ve ever used. The battery life is great, it makes it through my 10.5 hour shift everyday and it doesn’t take long to recharge to a full battery. I would definitely recommend.

I have bought several of these LG headsets. They seem to only last about a year before something breaks but I am using them all day long, everyday and they work great. I always buy the Geek Squad replacement and have no trouble getting a new one when the time comes.
